If I had any negative comment it is that, although he listens to what you say and answers questions at length, he does not ask questions about you and your experiences. Perhaps after so many years in the business, he's heard it all before! Nothing you could do, unless you have influence over the weather! How would you rate the difficulty of this ride out of 10 where 1 is very easy and 10 is very advanced? 7 Please explain why you scored it as you did The ride wasnt difficult but I think Bertrand would always adjust it to suit the riders and the weather so that it was interesting.
