The only thing I didn't enjoy was the long driving transfers. Not sure how you can alleviate that!

I think in fact this ride is relatively easy to tailor to the group level once you reach a point where everyone can canter safely etc. For example, we could have jumped more if the whole ride had ridden to the standard of my friends and me (i.e. had horses at home), but it wasn't a problem that we didn't.
